Quality Assurance

A strict quality inspection process is a core part of our electronic quality control system. In order to ensure that customers "buy with confidence and use with confidence", every inspection step we formulate is guaranteed to be implemented practically and effectively. We have advanced testing procedures, professional testing equipment, and most importantly, experienced IQC engineers, and a professional and responsible working attitude to ensure that our customers receive world-class quality products.

Our quality management system includes the following:

Step 1 Appearance inspection
    All warehousing goods, we will perform appearance inspection and make detailed inspection records

    Manufacturer, manufacturer's part number, quantity, production date and environmental standard testing
    Outer packaging inspection, whether the packaging is intact/complete, and whether the packaging materials meet the requirements of the corresponding MSL standards
    Screen printing (Marking) inspection, consistency inspection, check the original specifications and documentation
    Material appearance inspection, dust condition, whether the pin is deformed, and whether the pin has signs of oxidation
    HS CODE inspection, whether it is consistent with the invoice/packing list information

Step 2 Engineer review
    All suspicious materials found in the visual inspection, or materials supplied by suppliers that are not "first-tier suppliers" in the system, must be re-inspected by engineers

    Review the appearance inspection process
    Refer to the quality control database, check the manufacturer's label/logo, code identification
    Barcode Scanning Detection
    Check with the original factory for the lot number (Lot No.), production date, and the corresponding origin of the wafer/package
    Simple electrical performance test

Step 3 Quality Test
    All products that are not identified during the engineer's re-inspection process will enter the quality testing process

    Solderability Test
    D-CAP Analysis
    Anatomical analysis
    Electrical performance compliance test
    Original factory test analysis report


We promise customers a quality guarantee period of more than 90 days. During this period, if customers have any doubts about the quality of any goods we sell, please follow our RMA return process to ensure that we can provide you with the most timely solution. plan.

    If you have any questions about the quality of the goods we supply, please contact the corresponding sales representative as soon as possible and provide the following necessary documents:
    1. Sales invoice and packing list, so that we can call the detailed information of the customer's doubtful goods in the quality control database as soon as possible.


    2. Please send the quality inspection report by email or fax, so that we can immediately contact relevant manufacturers to consult quality problems and eliminate potential risks.

 
    We promise to provide active countermeasures and resolution processes/solutions within 24 hours of receiving the client's RMA application
    For sample testing, we need customers to provide samples of products with questionable quality, and submit them to the original factory or a third-party authoritative testing agency for detailed testing and analysis to find the root cause of quality problems, so as to deal with quality risks more effectively.
    If it is confirmed that the quality of the goods is defective, we promise that the customer will recall the goods in full and bear all the transportation costs.
